Since opening its doors in 1992, Casa Madona has been a sanctuary
for mothers and children living with HIV and AIDS. Today, the home
remains one of the few residential facilities in Southern California
where mother and child can reside together regardless of how sick
either may become. With five large bedrooms for each mother and
her children, families are kept intact, free to create their own
homes within a home, able to nurture their children and benefit
from mutual support.
